1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the Manifesting Clearly website, free resources, members area and paid digital products. Manifesting Clearly is operated by Manifesting Clearly Digital of Haugh Shaw Rd, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 3TU. 2. Educational and reflective content

Manifesting Clearly provides educational, reflective and personal-development material. Manifestation practices are presented as attention, reflection, visualisation, language and practical-action exercises. We do not promise that thoughts, affirmations, meditation or use of any product will cause a particular financial, health, relationship, career or other external outcome.

3. Purchases and ClickBank

Paid products are sold through ClickBank, which acts as the retailer for transactions made through its order form. Prices shown on our sales pages are one-time prices unless a page expressly says otherwise. The current Manifesting Clearly funnel contains no recurring subscription product.

After an approved purchase, access is normally provided immediately through the secure members area. First-time buyers receive access instructions at the email address used at checkout. Existing buyers can use their current access or the Restore Access process.

4. Digital formats and device requirements

Products may include browser-based members pages, protected streaming audio or video, MP3 audio, PDF resources and the Manifesting Clearly OS progressive web application. A reasonably current web browser and internet connection are required for initial account access and protected streaming. Downloaded files can be used offline on compatible devices.

5. Refunds and statutory rights

Manifesting Clearly uses a 30-day seller refund period for its ClickBank products. Refund requests can be made through our product support or through ClickBank Order Support. ClickBank may apply its own customer-service and payment-method rules.

This policy does not remove or reduce any statutory rights that apply to you. For UK customers, consumer law contains specific rules for digital downloads and streaming, including requirements around immediate supply and cancellation rights. ClickBank, as the retailer handling checkout, controls the transaction and checkout acknowledgements. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. What happens after a refund or chargeback

A refund, chargeback or other reversal of a product purchase ends the corresponding product entitlement. Members-area access, protected streams and downloads for that refunded product may therefore stop as soon as the reversal is recorded. Files legitimately downloaded before a refund must not be redistributed.

7. Account and access rules

Your purchase is for your own use. Do not sell, share, publish or provide your login/access links to other people. The service may limit simultaneous active sessions to reduce account sharing and abuse; the current default permits up to three active member sessions. You are responsible for keeping access links and devices reasonably secure.

8. Intellectual property

Unless a page states otherwise, Manifesting Clearly owns or licenses the text, product structure, audio/video productions, software, graphics and downloadable resources made available through the service. Purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication, bulk copying, scraping or creation of competing derivative libraries.

9. User-created notes and local data

Some products let you enter goals, notes, reflections, progress or other personal information. Much of this information is stored locally in your browser/device unless a feature expressly says it is being sent to our server. Use the built-in backup/export tools where provided if the information matters to you.

10. Availability and changes

We may make reasonable technical, security, accessibility or content-maintenance changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will not deliberately remove the essential value of a paid product merely to force another purchase. Planned maintenance, hosting problems, browser changes and third-party outages can temporarily affect access.

11. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to bypass entitlement checks, tamper with signed media links, probe private server paths, attack the service, automate abusive downloads, scrape protected content, impersonate another buyer, or use the service unlawfully.

12. Liability and professional advice

Use the material with ordinary judgement. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment or personalised financial advice. To the fullest extent the law permits, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on general educational material or from outcomes outside the operator's control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

13. Governing protections

These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to the operator in England and Wales while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply in a customer's own jurisdiction.
