Launch identity fields still to insert: Manifesting Clearly Digital · Haugh Shaw Rd, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 3TU. The legal operator name and business address are deliberately not guessed; those two fields remain launch gates.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Manifesting Clearly is Manifesting Clearly Digital, Haugh Shaw Rd, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 3TU. Privacy enquiries can be sent to help@supportcentraluk.co.uk or through customer support.

2. What information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process: your email address; marketing-consent choice; ClickBank purchase identifiers, product/item information and transaction status; access and entitlement records; support messages and receipt numbers you choose to provide; email-delivery events; member-session identifiers; security/audit events; and technical information needed to protect the service.

Our access-control audit layer hashes network-address identifiers rather than storing raw IP addresses in its security-event records. Some product notes, goals and progress are stored locally in your browser/device rather than sent to our server.

3. Why we use information and our lawful bases

4. Where purchase information comes from

ClickBank is the retailer that processes customer orders. We receive the transaction information needed to identify the buyer, product, sale status, refund/chargeback status and entitlement through ClickBank's integration and reconciliation tools. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

5. Service providers and recipients

Information may be processed by providers that help us operate the service, including ClickBank for retail/order processing, Brevo for authorised email delivery, our hosting/database provider, and technical service providers used to keep the website secure and available. We may also disclose information where required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or to investigate fraud/abuse.

6. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the applicable provider arrangements and lawful transfer mechanisms. Provider details and safeguards should be reviewed again when the final production accounts are connected.

7. Retention: how long we keep information

We do not keep every category forever. These are our retention criteria: Purchase and entitlement records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide continuing access and meet accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Support records are kept for a reasonable period after a case closes. Marketing records are kept while marketing is active, with a suppression record retained where needed to honour an unsubscribe. Security logs and session records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Expired one-time access tokens are routinely cleaned up.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing. Direct marketing can be stopped at any time.

9. Marketing choices

Requesting a free audio does not automatically require you to join a marketing list. Where a marketing choice is offered separately, it is recorded separately. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe route.

10. Cookies and local storage

See our Cookie & Local Storage Policy. Essential session/security storage may be used to provide requested account functions. Non-essential analytics or similar tracking must remain off until appropriate consent is obtained.

11. Security

We use measures such as server-side entitlement checks, short-lived signed paid-media URLs, concurrent-session controls, passwordless access links, protected private media storage and security-event logging. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

12. Children

Manifesting Clearly is a general adult self-development service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
